With over 38 years of experience in the construction industry, Christopher’s path to founding Garrett Commercial Group is rooted in a career built from the ground up. Christopher grew up in The Woodlands, attended the University of Texas at Austin where he played basketball, and studied history and politics. He spent his summers working construction jobs on Martha’s Vineyard where his passion for building first took hold. From there, he worked his way up from a Service Assistant with a local home builder to a Division President position with a national home builder, gaining the breadth of experience that defines his leadership today.

Christopher’s approach to construction is hands-on and deliberate. He is deeply involved in every project, maintaining close communication with clients and holding each build to an uncompromising standard of quality, craftsmanship, and accountability. He has spent decades cultivating relationships with trusted trade partners, and that network is one of the cornerstones of how Garrett Commercial Group delivers results.

Outside the office, Christopher enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons and marathons, watching the Tottenham Hotspurs, golfing and tending to his family farm where he raises Shetland sheep, dairy cows, heritage chickens and takes care of his two Great Pyrenees, Duke and Duchess.

Nicole brings over 23 years of design and construction experience to Garrett Commercial Group, contributing a perspective that is equal parts analytical and creative. Born and raised in Houston, she attended the University of Houston where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Marketing, a background that shapes the way she approaches client relationships, project bidding, and operational strategy.

Nicole plays a central role in the front-end process at Garrett Commercial Group, overseeing new client meetings, bidding, estimating, and permitting. Her approach to bidding is thorough and deliberate, ensuring that every project is priced with accuracy and transparency so clients can make informed decisions with confidence. She is deeply focused on getting the details right before a project breaks ground, from selecting the right trade partners to building estimates that align with each client’s goals and budget.

Outside of work, Nicole has a refined eye for design and a passion for collecting fine art, antiques, china, silver, and crystal. She has furnished their family farmhouse with English antiques and art sourced from auctions and estate sales, creating a luxurious country home that reflects the same attention to beauty, quality, and craftsmanship she brings to every aspect of her work.

Lori brings over 30 years of experience in business ownership, finance, contract negotiations, and operations management to Garrett Commercial Group. She was raised in Houston, TX and attended the University of Texas. Her career has spanned real estate, auto and boat sales management and finance management, giving her a broad command of complex financial operations and a sharp instinct for keeping projects fiscally on track.

At Garrett Commercial Group, Lori manages job budgets, accounting, contracting, and payables. Her approach is rooted in transparency and precision. She is committed to ensuring that every client has a clear, accurate picture of where their project stands financially at every stage of the process. Her ability to take complex financial information and communicate it in a straightforward, easy to follow way is one of the most valuable assets she brings to the team.

Outside of the office, Lori raises F1 Wagyu beef on her farm and maintains extensive gardens.  She is an avid offshore fisherman and hunter.

Nick combines a strong foundation in finance and commercial real estate in his role as Director of Development at Garrett Commercial Group. He attended the University of Mississippi where he studied Finance and Entrepreneurship

As Director of Development, Nick leverages his financial expertise and commercial real estate experience to grow Garrett Commercial Group’s portfolio and client base. His ability to evaluate projects from both a financial and market perspective allows him to identify opportunities and build relationships that drive the company forward.

Outside of work, Nick is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys offshore fishing for swordfish, tuna, wahoo, and marlin, as well as hunting. He is a passionate Ole Miss football and Formula 1 fan and a proud volunteer at the Houston Rodeo.
